The Center for Missional Leadership (formerly LEADNOW Ministries) is a 501c3 Christian ministry and association of Christian organizations that are committed to serving the global church. We focus on each individual leader through the use of their God-given spiritual gifts, experiences and abilities in missional context, to advance the kingdom of Jesus Christ by His grace ( see mission and vision).
The CML directly engages the church in:
● Connecting and engaging small-medium U.S. congregations in global mission who are without a mission’s pastor, or in need of a more fully developed program for global mission. ● Serving in mission in seven geopolitical regions:The majority of our time will be spent working in the U.S. mission field and abroad with our mission partners in Central America, South America, Middle East, Central Africa, S.E. Asia and Asia. The remainder is spent in the U.S. recruiting, developing and mobilizing congregations for global mission (M7/7).
●Taking the gospel to these countries in word and deed, with global partners through:
oEvangelism and Discipleship(global “face-to-face” mission) oChurch Planting (launching new churches; facilitating missions and spiritual leadership education) oConstruction(new churches, street child facilities, and orphanages) oMedical Ministry(all medical, dental and preventative health fields) oMercy Ministry(orphanages, street child recovery, world hunger, women’s ministry, human trafficking) oMicroEnterprise(resolving socioeconomic challenges through grace based micro business) oI-Mission(discipleship through the internet with partner missionaries)
